Allen L. Warmath
Allen L. Warmath is a principal in the firm of Branch Thompson Warmath Dale & Butler. His primary areas of practice include personal injury, probate, law, real estate, estate planning, tax law, trusts, civil litigation, municipal and county government.
He graduated from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law School where he served as an assistant research editor for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review.
Allen has an extensive tax, real estate, estate planning and municipal law practice and serves as the city attorney for Paragould, Arkansas, and Marmaduke, Arkansas.
Allen is admitted to practice law in Arkansas and is licensed in Arkansas as a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the Greene County Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Northeast Arkansas Chapter of Certified Public Accounts, the Arkansas Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
