Kimberly B. Dale is a principal in the firm of Branch Thompson Warmath Dale & Butler. Her primary areas of practice are commercial litigation, real property and estate litigation, and municipal/government litigation/counsel

Kimberly Dale is a native of Rector, Arkansas and she attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. Kimberly received a bachelor of science in Corporate Finance and served as a financial analyst while attending the University of Arkansas School of Law.  Kimberly enjoys representing her clients – business entities and individuals – for their transactional or litigation needs.  Her clients boast of her diligence, excellent communication, and competency.

Kimberly is a member of the Greene County Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. Kimberly serves on the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Board of Governors and she is an active member of the American Association of Justice for consumer advocates.  She is involved in many community and civic organization throughout her community and State of Arkansas.  She is licensed to practice law in State and Federal Courts, as well as  the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.  Kimberly often is asked to offer seminars and continuing education in areas of municipal law, estate litigation, and government liability.
