Robert F. Thompson

Robert F. Thompson III is a principal in the firm of Branch Thompson Warmath Dale . His primary areas of practice include commercial and civil litigation, employment law, and appellate practice.

Robert is a native of Paragould, Arkansas. He attended Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, where he graduated summa cum laude; the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, where he studied history as a Rotary International Scholar; and the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where he graduated first in his class and served as the editor-in-chief of the Arkansas Law Review. He also served as law clerk to Judge Richard S. Arnold of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Robert served for 10 years as a member of the Arkansas legislature, and in 2011-12 he was Majority Leader of the Arkansas Senate.

Robert Thompson is a member of the American Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. He has been cited in Mid South Super Lawyers for his experience in business litigation every year since 2011.
