Robert
F. "Bob" Thompson is a principal
in the firm of Branch, Thompson, Philhours, & Warmath.
His primary areas of practice include commercial and
civil
litigation, estate planning, probate and workers' compensation.
He graduated from Texas A & M University in College Station,
Texas and the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville,
Arkansas
He served as a law clerk to Judge Gordon Young of the United
States District Court of Arkansas. He served as the City Attorney
for Paragould, Arkansas for twenty years and as deputy prosecuting
attorney. He served as a delegate from Greene County to the
state Constitutional Convention in 1979-1980. He also served
on the House of Delegates in the Arkansas Bar Association.
Bob is a member of the Greene-Clay County Bar Association, the
Arkansas Bar Association and is a member of the American Trial
Lawyers Association. |

Randy
F. Philhours is a principal in the firm of Branch, Thompson,
Philhours, & Warmath. His primary areas of practice
include commercial and civil litigation, municipal and local
government law, banking law and family law.
He graduated from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas
and the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
Randy is City Attorney for Paragould, Arkansas and has served
since 1992. He served as member and chairman of the Arkansas
Board of Law Examiners and is a past president of the Paragould-Greene
County Chamber of Commerce. He was chosen as the Arkansas Economic
Developers Volunteer of the Year for 1998, and has served as
a Special Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court in 1994.
He is a member of the Greene-Clay County Bar Association, the
Arkansas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the
Economic Development Corporation and is a director of the Greene
County Courthouse Preservation Society, Inc. and Rotary. |

Allen
L. Warmath is
a principal in the firm of Branch, Thompson, Philhours, & Warmath. His primary areas of practice include personal injury,
probate, law, real estate, estate planning, tax law, trusts,
family law, civil litigation, municipal and county government.
He graduated from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas
and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law School (now
known as the William H. Bowen School of Law) in Little Rock,
Arkansas where he served as an assistant research editor for
the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review.
He serves as City Attorney for Corning, Arkansas, Deputy City
Attorney for Paragould, Arkansas and legal counsel to Greene
County, Arkansas.
Allen is admitted to practice law in Arkansas and Missouri and
is licensed in Arkansas as a Certified Public Accountant. He
serves on the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Paragould/Greene
County Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the St. Mary's
School Board. He is a member of the Greene-Clay County Bar Association,
the Arkansas Bar Association, the American Bar Association,
the Northeast Arkansas Chapter of Certified Public Accounts,
the Arkansas Society of CPA's and the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants. |

and civil litigation, employment law, and appellate practice.
Robert is a native of Paragould, Arkansas. He attended Hendrix
College in Conway, Arkansas, where he graduated summa cum
laude; the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, where
he studied history as a Rotary International Scholar; and the
University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas,
where he graduated first in his class and served as the editor-in-chief
of the Arkansas Law Review. He also served as law clerk to Judge
Richard S. Arnold of the United States Court of Appeals for
the Eighth Circuit.
Robert is active in community organizations and bar associations.
Robert serves in the House of Delegates,
the governing body of the Arkansas Bar Association, and is
also a member of the Greene-Clay County Bar Association and
the American
Bar Association. Robert Thompson has served in the Arkansas
House of Representatives since January 2005, representing the
city of Paragould and part of Greene County. His work as a
member of the House Judiciary Committee compliments his law
practice. |

Jeff Branch is a native of Paragould, Arkansas and he attended
Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas and the University
of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
He is a member of the Greene-Clay County Bar Association, the
Arkansas Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the
Kiwanis Club of Paragould. Jeff has previously served as a division
chairman of the Greene County Community Fund and a minister
of youth at First United Methodist Church in Paragould, Arkansas.
